Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items with all original tags attached.

Ship the Package

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our quality control center.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
